Class of 2025 Learning Outcomes

During LLII, the Class of 2025 will understand how the United States immigration system works, including its inefficiencies and the obstacles its process creates for immigrants and refugees. They will identify the challenges immigrants and refugees face once in the United States, including socioeconomic status, access to services, job security, language barriers, racism, anti-immigrant rhetoric, and schooling. They will identify the steps national leaders are taking to reform and develop immigration policies, and how these policies affect immigrants within the United States. Lastly, they intend to explain how leaders analyze complex problems within the immigrant community to identify practical solutions to challenges faced by immigrants.
