Final Selection Activities: Parking on Campus

Most of Friday’s activities take place on North and Central Campus. We recommend parking in the Coliseum Parking Deck (at the corner of Dunn Ave. and Jensen Dr.; enter from Jensen Dr.)
The Colleges of Engineering and Textiles morning activities will occur on Centennial campus. Those colleges will reach out with parking instructions for the morning activities on Centennial campus.
Parking in the Coliseum Parking Deck requires a virtual parking permit that registers your vehicle’s license plate.The permit will allow you to park anywhere in the deck free of charge, except for the pay-by-plate spaces lot on the ground level. If you park in those spaces you will need to pay using the ParkMobile system.
The permit will be valid only for the vehicle license plate entered and is not valid in pay-by-plate locations.
Vehicle license plates cannot be changed once entered.
Please obtain your parking permit BEFORE leaving your vehicle unattended on campus.
Are you driving a rental car? If so, please wait to obtain your parking permit until after you have received your rental car.
To register for your parking permit:
- Visit: http://Go.ncsu.edu/eventparking
- Existing account? Ensure you are logged out of your parking account.
- Select “Purchase Event Permit”
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- Select “General Event”
- Select event “Park Scholarships Finalist Weekend”
- In the “Event Voucher Code” box, enter ParkFW2024. The code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown. Select “Confirm”.
- Select: “24 Event: Coliseum Deck $0.00” and click on the box. It will turn red.
- Date Selection: Enter “2/16/2024” to “2/16/2024”. Click Confirm.
- Select Location (AH – Accessible Handicapped: General or CD – CD Permit: General)
- Select “Add Vehicle”. Enter vehicle license plate, state, year, make, and model. Review information entered for accuracy and select Add.
- Enter client name and phone number. Select Confirm.
- Select Continue.
- Enter email address to receive confirmation of parking permit.
- Review information. Select Checkout.

Final Selection Activities will take place in the James B. Hunt Jr. Library on Centennial Campus.
Free parking is available in the Oval West Parking Deck.
Optional activities for parents/guests will start at the Talley Student Union on Central Campus. No permit is needed to park in the Coliseum deck (C lot near Reynolds Coliseum) on Saturday.
