The Park Scholarships program at North Carolina State University selected 400 Semifinalists for the Class of 2029. Candidates were selected from an exceptionally talented pool of 2,553 based on outstanding accomplishments and potential in scholarship, leadership, service and character.

NC State and Park alumni and friends will conduct video interviews with Semifinalists on Saturday, Jan. 18.
Semifinalists will be notified of their status in late January. Finalists will be invited to the NC State campus to participate in Final Selection Activities on Feb. 28 and March 1.
The Park Scholarships program will announce the Class of 2029 Park Scholars in mid-May.
The Park Scholarships program, now in its 29th year, is named for the late Roy H. Park ‘31, an NC State alumnus who created the charitable Park Foundation, dedicated to education, media and the environment. Approximately 38 scholarships will be awarded this year to outstanding high school seniors for study in any discipline at NC State.
