Final Selection Activities: College Activities
Each of the colleges at NC State will host activities for Park Finalists during the morning of Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. Your selected college will contact you with further details when you RSVP for these activities. Should you wish to attend activities hosted by a college other than the one to which you applied (the primary college of interest you listed on your undergraduate admissions application), please notify that college by Monday, Feb. 10. Casual attire is appropriate for college activities.
Time: 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

- Listen and Learn: Hear about the perks of being a CALS student, including student resources and opportunities.
- Chat and Connect: Speak with faculty, staff and students in your department of interest.
- Munch and Mingle: Enjoy lunch with CALS Ambassadors.

The College of Education is a voice of innovation for learning across the lifespan. We prepare professionals who educate and lead.
- Learn what sets our college apart including our Student Success and Advising Center and Media Education Resource Technology Center (METRC).
- Connect with our advising team and Faculty to learn about our academic advising approach and understand what the next four years will look like academically.
- Tour our partner living and learning village Student Advocating for Youth (SAY).
- Have lunch with some of our students to learn about their experiences.
College of Education Student Ambassadors will walk Finalists back to Talley at the conclusion of lunch at 12:45 p.m.

Parking:
- Virtual Parking Permit: Finalists will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain a complimentary virtual parking permit valid at Oval West Deck on Centennial Campus. You’ll need this in addition to your virtual pass (for the Coliseum Deck on Main Campus) from the Park Scholarships Office.
- Finalists and parents/families who wish to participate in afternoon Park Scholarships Final Selection Activities will need to provide their own transportation from Centennial Campus to Main Campus.
