Individuals with disabilities tend to see a drop off in career opportunities and support following high school graduation. Lewis Sheats, assistant vice provost of entrepreneurship, sits down with the founders of 321 Coffee, Lindsay Wrege ’21 and Michael Evans ’21, to discuss how to provide employees with disabilities a meaningful way to contribute to society.
“We liked the idea of the community that coffee brought together,” said Evans. “Our goal was to build an accepting and inclusive and coffee was a great starting point.”
