The Krispy Kreme Challenge, a beloved NC State tradition initiated by Park Scholars, draws thousands of participants annually from all over the nation (and even the world). Since its inception, the race has raised more than half of its $2 million commitment to the UNC Children’s Hospital. Join us for any or all of these exciting Krispy Kreme Challenge events in 2017:

Park Scholars Organize South Asian A Cappella Competition for Charity

Akshay Iyer ’16, Sidhartha Jandhyala ’16, and Charan Mohan ’15 are brothers of the South Asian interest fraternity Delta Sigma Iota, which recently hosted six a cappella vocal ensembles from universities across the country to compete for the first annual Sangeet Saagar title.

Krispy Kreme Challenge Involves Record Number of Participants and Raises Over $100,000 for Charity

posted 2012.02.06 On a brisk Saturday morning in February, a record 7,700 participants took part in the Krispy Kreme Challenge — an event that included runners from as far away as Australia. The race raised more than $100,000 to benefit the North Carolina Children’s Hospital.
